Guided walks, Relaxation breaks and shopping, Cruises

Guided walks and cruises are the most sensible ways to “learn” Paris, to really understand Paris and see the best(1).

In this section, we offer you self-guided walks via your cell phone. We have named this set of guided walks “Paris Guide Web“. Some of them are already available. We plan to have twenty or more.
Each walk is complete with historical explanations, anecdotes, various information and detailed itineraries that we call “Points of intérest“. Self-guided tours usually starts at the door of a monument, a museum, a church or a cathedral that you may have chosen to visit(1) – or even at the door of your hotel on request. It allows you to relax after a 2-hour visit inside. And your personal guide awaits you in your pocket, available day and night, free of charge.

We have chosen circuits of 1 to 3 km for walks of 2 to 3 hours. Each one of them goes through neighborhoods full of original and unknown Points of interest, often out of the official guidebooks. You can even change your itinerary along the way to get closer to your hotel.

In addition, for each walk, we have selected Relaxation Breaks rated for the quality of their services and located throughout the walk. These include Coffee Breaks, Restaurant Breaks, Pastry Breaks, Shopping Breaks, etc., located on the map of your chosen itinerary. So you can enjoy the day’s journey in complete peace and quiet.

And have a nice walk

(1) Of course, visiting its museums, monuments, and all the typical points of the capital of France is usually the reason for a stay in Paris. But this is only one part of the richness of Paris because there is a multitude of other things to see. And it is through “walks” in its streets and gardens that you can acquire a true knowledge of Paris and Parisians. It will be then a complement of History “in practice” and also the history, small and big, anecdotes on the points where they took place.
