Full description
A past-present-future table, that's more sweet than savory. In between, a ballet of waiters in full regalia, all smiles, makes your head spin, in the midst of hurried tie-wearers, tourists on the go, full tribes, retired couples...
And with good reason: the 200 seats in the dining room and 100 in the balcony are quickly snapped up.
All appetites are catered for: from midday to midnight, "world champion" mayonnaise eggs, onion soup, snails with parsley butter, cod brandade, beef bourguignon, calf's head with gribiche sauce, profiterole, floating island, chou chantilly, rice pudding...
