LE BAR DE LA CAVE - Level +1 - To complement its Cave, Duclot, a fine wine merchant already present at Galeries Lafayettes, opens Le Bar for live tastings of the finest bottles, accompanied by tasting boards. Le Bar offers 12 privileged seats in the heart of La Cave, a chance to discover an exceptional selection of 3,500 wines, champagnes and spirits. BAGNARD PAR YONI SAADA - On the second floor of Le Gourmet, the chef brings his bistro-style concept to life. Bagnard is designed to welcome 82 guests in a friendly, generous atmosphere. Yoni Saada Son and grandson of the oldest butcher in the Marais, Yoni Saada has always had one foot in the kitchen.
