Félicité-Pâtisserie, a colorful, collaborative pastry shop!
The aim is to develop a range of themed, evolving and collaborative pastries with artists and talents from all horizons. Painters, singers, dancers, drag queens... The idea is to bring diversity together in a creative and warm Montmartre atmosphere.
After a literary background and studies in English, Davis FÉLICITÉ decided in 2011 to make a 180º turn into pastry-making. With his diploma in hand, and after several years' experience in some of the capital's most renowned establishments, he decided to set off in pursuit of his American dream, in New York. Quickly acclimatized to the rhythm of the city, and with a French artistic and culinary sensibility, he collaborated with some of the hottest artists on the New York art scene. His first collaboration with Charlie Lemindu, versatile artist and creator of haute coiffure, gave him a more eclectic and expanded vision of the creative possibilities around him. Back in France in 2020, due to the health crisis, he took advantage of the confinement to develop his ideas and innovative concept on the Parisian scene.
At the end of September of that year, he opened his own collaborative patisserie "FÉLICITÉ PARIS" in Montmartre, at the foot of the Sacré Coeur funicular.
With blue skies on the ceiling and splashes of color on the walls, this young chef invites you to share sweet moments full of... bliss!
The viennoiseries don't go for sobriety and are sure to cheer you up, whatever your mood. If you're stopping by for lunch, we recommend their homemade quiches and seasonal soups. Right now, it's pumpkin, goat's cheese, honey and roasted hazelnuts. On the sweet side, you won't be disappointed by the flan Parisien à la vanille de Madagascar, made without eggs. Nor by the pure butter croissants with notes of flower honey. And even less so by the Paris-Brest praliné with caramelized hazelnut
Depending on the weather, you can have lunch on site or in the Square Louise Michel.
