Copains: a new 100% gluten-free bakery

Copains, a new 100% gluten-free bakery, has opened its doors in Paris! Breads, cakes, viennoiseries, galettes des rois and tarts are all available to enjoy in complete safety.

No trace of gluten?

The bakery offers only gluten-free products. No products containing gluten enter the store, so there can be no traces of gluten.

What about the oat-based products sold on site? Giovanni, the co-founder, explained that the oats they use are guaranteed gluten-free by the supplier mill. Here too, no trace of gluten is possible.
