After the Place du Trocadéro and the Place des Vosges, Carette has moved in 2017 into the Place du Tertre, much to the delight of Montmartre residents.
We find there the pink marble, chandeliers and columns, golden moldings and large mirrors, specific to the Carette house.
Unlike the 2 historic Parisian tea rooms, Carette Place du Tertre takes on the appearance of a Comptoir, intended exclusively for take-away sales. In the heart of this gourmet setting, you'll discover a wide selection of pastries, jams, spreads and cookies, as well as macaroons, the House's specialties. After a visit, it's a delight to stroll along the cobbled streets of Montmartre, with a Maison Carette delicacy in hand.
