Amorino Gelato - Paris Opera is one of the boutiques of the Amorino company. It was founded in 2002 by two childhood friends, Cristiano Sereni and Paolo Benassi.
The 1st Amorino Gelato - Paris boutique on Ile-Saint-Louis
They opened their 1st boutique on the Ile-Saint-Louis in Paris, near Notre Dame. Their experience led them to realize that the supply of quality Italian gelato was almost non-existent.
From 2005 onwards, Amorino Gelato developed franchises in France, then abroad from 2008.
Identical products, uniform quality
Whatever the Amorino Gelato store in France or anywhere else in the world, the products are identical. They are all made in Orly, near Paris.
Selected ingredients
Our ice creams are made using only natural milk and eggs laid by free-range hens. Chemical products are banned by the brand. The brand attaches great importance to hygiene and the health of its customers.
Vegan products are also available.
A growing range of Amorino Gelato products
Since its inception, the range of treats on offer has expanded. Ice creams and sorbets, of course, but also ice cream sundaes and milkshakes, ice cream macaroons, crepes, waffles, frozen desserts... as well as hot drinks (such as a delicious hot chocolate) and delicatessen items (cookies, chocolates, marrons glacés).
The development of Amorino Gelato
In 2020, the company will have 200 points of sale in 18 countries, including 80 in France. Its ambition is to doubler their number to 400 here to 2025. This ambitious expansion over the next 5 years includes the opening of more than 40 directly-operated boutiques, notably in France.
Amorino Gelato: a legally protected manufacturing and sales concept
Amorino's strong concept is based on Italian gelato recipes with no coloring or preservatives, in the tradition of Northern Italian gelati. To this is added a specific and innovative business model.
"Thanks to digital technologies and its legal architecture, Amorino can now offer franchisees and prospective franchisees a know-how that has been protected by appropriate measures," says Paolo Benassi, co-founder of the brand.
