A delight of Japanese preparations and flavors.
Two tasting menus to choose from. The small one (close to 200 euros from memory) was enough for us: original, succulent, impeccably presented and served.
Appropriate dress is required to stand out in this magnificent setting, and the service is perfect, all dressed up to the nines.
