The Poulbot - Restaurant – Rated 4.5
The Poulbot Restaurant is a family affair. Twins Thomas and Mathieu Bellair took over and renovated the restaurant’s small dining room, and the charming exterior fresco has been refreshed. Their grandparents once lived on the Butte, just across from the Moulin de la Galette.
Mathieu completed his first internship at the Plaza Athénée and spent a year working alongside a Michelin-starred chef at the Théâtre Édouard VII. Sometimes, the twins have cooked together at Le Square restaurant on rue Marcadet or at the luxury brasserie Montparnasse 1900.
They offer an evolving menu rooted in traditional French cuisine, sometimes incorporating ingredients from "elsewhere." Guaranteed flavor and freshness at very reasonable prices. A wide selection of craft beers and a fine wine list (featuring biodynamic and 100% natural wines).
This restaurant is located in one of Paris’s most romantic and pleasant neighborhoods, on the Butte Montmartre, just steps from the famous Place du Tertre. Like its district, Poulbot Restaurant blends chic and bohemian, romance and distinction. Its original exterior catches the eye, while its interior invites you to return. The service is pleasant. The French cuisine is flawless. Not to be missed: the daily special, a traditional dish that changes with the season, made exclusively with fresh, seasonal ingredients and paired with delicious wines. Note:
