A delight of Japanese preparations and flavors. Two tasting menus to choose from. The smaller one (around €200, if memory serves) was more than enough for us: original, succulent, impeccably presented and served. Appropriate attire is recommended to match this magnificent setting, and the service is flawless, exuding elegance.
